Guidelines for Third Party Use of Camp Fish Tales’ Logo and other Brand Elements
Camp Fish Tales, Inc. has gained valuable intellectual property rights by the proper and continuous use of its logo to identify its goods and services. Improper use of CFT’s logo can cause its value to become generic or diluted. Therefore, it is essential that all brand elements of Camp Fish Tales including its logo and other distinctive features, are used properly in all promotional, advertising, instructional and/or other materials. Use of any Camp Fish Tales brand element should not mislead consumers about any Camp Fish Tales sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your company or website.
Camp Fish Tales does not object to referential use of its logo in marketing and promotional materials and other printed matter, at events, demonstrations, and on internet locations, provided such use complies with these guidelines. All other uses of Camp Fish Tales’ brand elements require express written permission from Camp Fish Tales, Inc. and must also comply with these guidelines.
Except as otherwise agreed in writing, Camp Fish Tales reserves the right to withdraw its permission to use its logo at any time and for any reason, including withdrawal of permission to any individual or entity Camp Fish Tales believes misuses its logo or other brand elements. These guidelines may be periodically updated without notice.

I, myself, or the business I represent acknowledge that the CFT logo shall not be modified or edited in any manner to infringe upon the copyright or common law rights of Camp Fish Tales, any person or entity; and that nothing contained in material produced by myself or the company/entity I represent that incorporates the CFT logo will constitute a libel or slander against, or violate or infringe upon any right, common law or otherwise, of any kind or nature whatsoever, of any person or entity, including, without limitation, any right of privacy or publicity.
Things You Can’t Do
- Do not use Camp Fish Tales brand elements without express written permission from Camp Fish Tales, Inc., except as indicated above.
- Camp Fish Tales brand elements must not be used in any manner that suggests a common, descriptive, or generic meaning.
- Do not use Camp Fish Tales brand elements in any way that might mislead consumers about any Camp Fish Tales sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of you or your company, or your products and services.
- Do not incorporate Camp Fish Tales brand elements with any third party trademarks or logos including your own.
- Camp Fish Tales brand elements should not be displayed as the most prominent element on your web page or other materials.
- Words such as “official,” “exclusive,” “approved,” “sponsored,” or “endorsed” may not be used in conjunction with any Camp Fish Tales brand elements without express written permission.
- Do not display the Camp Fish Tales logo on any web page or other materials that violate any law or regulation or the rights of any third person.
- Do not adopt brand elements that are identical or confusingly similar to those of Camp Fish Tales.
- Do not manufacture, sell, or give away merchandise items such as t-shirts, mugs, pens, etc. that use any Camp Fish Tales elements, including logos, unless pursuant to an express written license from Camp Fish Tales.
- Do not skew, resize the logo disproportionately, add or delete elements from the Camp Fish Tales’ logo.
